Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Overview:
Join National DCP, LLC (NDCP) as a Maintenance II , where you’ll play a key role in supporting our fast-paced distribution operations for Dunkin’ restaurants. Using an electric pallet jack and wearable computers with ring scanners, you’ll accurately pick, label, and palletize products, building custom orders and staging them for outbound delivery. This role works across dry, refrigerated, and freezer warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

 

1. Ensure that the selecting isles are aligned, and product is brought forward.
2. Ensure that the floor is kept clear of any debris that would hinder the selecting process.
3. Clean out company trailers; remove empty pallets/crates and organize for pickup.
4. Follows all safety rules and completes all duties as assigned.
5. Safely operate all equipment utilized to perform tasks associated with role.
6. Safe operation of Fork truck, clamp truck, Floor scrubber, battery changing station & ride
on/walk behind pallet jack.
7. Maintain Company standards for safety, attendance, and conduct.
8. Maintain proper and safe lifting techniques.
9. Perform daily safety inspections on material handling equipment.
10. Immediately advise supervisor of any unsafe conditions or accidents.
11. Cleans up any spills or breakages to inventoried product; recoup damages and determines if
resalable or must be disposed of per government and NDCP food safety requirements.
12. Prepares various reports and forms to document cleaning schedule, spillages, product
damage, etc. May track and order maintenance supplies.
13. Provide equipment for the selecting process, i.e., cardboard separators and pallets.
14. Power wash trash receptacles, general cleaning duties include but are not limited to
sweeping, dusting, mopping, trash pick- up and use of compactor, may be required to work
with cleaning chemicals.
15. Assist in the orderly maintenance & general housekeeping of the warehouse. May perform
similar duties in office areas as assigned.
16. Use a headset to find individual items within the warehouse
17. Attend all required Company meetings.
18. Follow NDCP’s Good Distribution Practices.
19. Cross train in other functions and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

 Qualifications you bring:

1. Ability to operate shrink-wrap machine and manually shrink-warp product
2. Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (fork lift, pallet jack, high lift)
3. Ability to work flexible days and hours. Schedule may include weekends and holidays
4. High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience
5. Desire and ability to work in a collaborative work environment
6. 1 year of warehouse or maintenance experience preferred
7. Must be able to obtain certification in Crown certificate program
8. Basic computer skills
9. Ability to follow simple instructions
10. Must be punctual and reliable
11. Willingness to learn
12. Ability to work without supervision
13. Ability to work flexible schedule
14. Attention to detail
15. Excellent communication skills
